My room was good sized and included air conditioner, an individual safe, and a minibar. The breakfast always had delicious choices. The staff were attentive and affable and the location was unbeatable by the beach. The service provided there was good!

The staff was friendly and that's why we recommend it. Here we were next to few of our favorite spots such as Canal Grande.

Very friendly atmosphere, very quiet; close to Lido Vaporetto terminal, so great place to explore Venice without the need to suffer hotel there; close to the beach too. Hotel also rents bicycles fo 5 euro a day, great way to move around Lido.
One side-effect of Villa being a villa: if you want your room cleaned - you have to be out by 11:00 am, the place is small, so the cleaning staff is small too; not a big deal in my books.

Quiet location just minutes away from the main strip, 10 minutes walk to vaporetta, staff very friendly and helpful, room kept very clean and fresh towels daily. Booked 2 extra days at the last minute, called before we left and was accommodated immediately, instant email confirmation. This was our 6th trip to Venice and we would definitely return here again, we have not stayed in any of our previous hotels a second time!
My only suggestion would be for guests staying for a week that the breakfast would vary, just another choice (e.g. croissants) otherwise for €60p.n. - a good start to the day.

It was quiet and in pretty surroundings.
The rooms were very small and need to be redone. There didn't seem to be anyone "in charge." The house keeper, who was pleasant but unprofessional, was the main person we dealt with. When guests lingered over breakfast in the back garden, she shooed us away at 10:30 AM because she wanted to clear plates. She also reprimanded my husband when he rang the bell to be let in the gate midday. When he explained his wife had the keys and had returned earlier, she told him this wasn't a hotel, but a room rental, and not to expect this kind of service. She later offered us extra keys, but the general feel of the place was amateur and a little tacky.

I really enjoyed a delicious breakfast with the expresso coffee and croissants. the location is pleasant and amazing, nestled in the garden area. It is conveniently close to restaurants and bars, and there are plenty of sun-beds available. the boat station and the center of Lido, as well as the beautiful Lido island in Venice, are just a short distance away.

Good location for our purpose, close to an apartment we are buying. Good beds, large bathroom. Free Wifi!
Poor sound proofing, you can hear the neighbors talking and having a shower quite clearly. The air conditioning didn´t work. You have to pay extra for cappuccino and ham for breakfast.

Nice staff and nice quiet place - good to go to the city and to rest on the beach. Attention to the breakfast: it`s served or in the room, or in the garden - no special place.

Very pleasant stay in Lido, quiet, clean, comfortable, excellent value! I prefer to stay in Lido rather than Venice

This hotel is a huge scam. I would not recommend to anyone! I booked this hotel as a surprise to the 30 years of my fiancé. I chose this hotel for its price more reasonable than most hotels in Venice or Lido. But this hotel is still expensive, not far from 100 euros per night. What a disappointment! First, the reception was almost non-existent. The woman who received us when we arrived did not speak a word of English and was very rude. Moreover, when we asked her a good restaurant at the Lido, she gave us a wrong indication. Most of the time, there was nobody at the reception. We booked several hotels in Italy, but this hotel is the only one that has taken the total 4 nights at time of booking on the website. On top of that, they charged us an extra tax on the evening of our arrival (18 euros for 2 persons and 4 nights)! The last day they refused to keep our luggage in the hotel so that we could enjoy Venice without having to bear them. The pictures on the website of the hotel are misleading, and we were very disappointed with the state of our room: Very unpleasant smell, Stains on the covers and sheets when we arrived, The bodies of dead insects on the wall of the room, Daily cleaning of the room was minimal: sheets unchanged… The breakfast was awful and frugal: chemical orange juice, cold coffee, uneatable bread.. We had only one desire: to leave the room as soon as possible! Finally we had both been bitten by spiders, which was very unpleasant. All this at nearly 100 euros per night!
